This Privacy Policy describes how SUITDELUX GLOBAL INVESTMENT LIMITED, an entity registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria under RC Number 9569915, trading as Suitdelux (“Suitdelux”, “we”, “us” or “our”), safeguards your personal information when you visit suitdelux.com (the “Site”), reserve a private fitting, commission a tailored piece, or engage with our atelier services.

As a luxury fashion house operating globally from Nigeria, we adhere to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (“NDPA”), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable US State Privacy Laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act). Under these regulations, Suitdelux acts as the Data Controller responsible for your personal details.

We curate only the personal details necessary to provide you with an exceptional, tailored experience.

3.1 Digital & Device Insights

• Information Gathered: Technical identifiers including IP address, general geographical location, time zone preferences, browser attributes, device type, pages visited, and seamless browsing interactions on our Site.
• Purpose: To ensure digital security, optimize Site performance, and, where explicit consent is granted, personalize your digital boutique experience.
• Method: Collected automatically via secure cookies and encrypted server log files.

3.2 Private Account Details

• Information Gathered: Title, full name, preferred email address, phone number, secure hashed authentication details, preferred billing and delivery addresses, and bespoke order histories.
• Purpose: To curate your ongoing profile, facilitate effortless private checkouts, and maintain a seamless record of your sartorial preferences across collections. Guest checkout is also available, in which case no account is created.
• Method: Provided directly by you upon account initialization or boutique checkout.

3.3 Transactional & Fulfillment Records

• Information Gathered: Billing and shipping addresses, contact preferences, selected garments, delivery instructions, transaction reference tokens, and payment confirmation details. For direct bank settlements, we record the payer’s verified reference and receipt.
• Purpose: To execute purchase agreements, fulfill bespoke production schedules, manage luxury dispatch, facilitate accounting compliance, and maintain transactional integrity.
• Payment Security Note: Credit card transactions are secured via GlobalPay (globalpay.ng) using high-grade encryption. Suitdelux does not store complete card details on our website or servers. We retain only limited transaction information, such as the payment status, reference and, where provided, a masked card number, for verification.

3.4 Atelier Measurements & Made-to-Measure Specifications

Due to the custom nature of our garments, we maintain highly personal sartorial profiles:

• Information Gathered: Precision physical measurements (height, chest, waist, shoulder, sleeve, inseam), posture notes, silhouette preferences, fabric/color selections, monogramming requests, inspiration concepts, and optional fitting photographs.
• Purpose: To cut, drape, construct, adjust, and re-order custom garments tailored to your exact physique.
• Our Discretion Guarantee: Measurements and fitting images are handled in strict confidence by authorized master tailors and studio personnel only. We do not use images or body data for facial recognition or biometric indexing, nor do we ever sell, publish, or utilize fitting assets for marketing without express written consent.

3.5 Private Appointments & Consultations

• Information Gathered: Full name, preferred contact phone/WhatsApp, email address, preferred appointment date/time, fitting location (Atelier or Private Location), event timelines, and styling notes.
• Purpose: To schedule, prepare, and deliver private fitting experiences and consultation reminders.

3.6 Concierge Enquiries & Customer Support

• Information Gathered: Name, contact details, communication history, and attached references across direct email, private contact forms, WhatsApp Concierge, or official social media channels.
• Purpose: To deliver tailored client assistance, manage bespoke requests, and maintain service continuity.

3.7 Client Testimonials & Private Reviews

• Information Gathered: Name or preferred alias, rating, feedback text, and voluntary imagery.
• Purpose: Published on the Site only upon explicit client approval to celebrate master tailoring and client satisfaction. May be modified or removed immediately upon request.

3.8 Journal & Marketing Subscriptions

• Information Gathered: Full name, contact details, communication preferences, and subscription engagement history (such as whether you open or click our emails).
• Purpose: To extend invitations to private collection debuts, bespoke events, and seasonal updates.

4. PRIVILEGED COMMUNICATIONS & MESSAGING

• Service Notifications: Essential order confirmations, fitting updates, invoice receipts, and dispatch tracking are communicated directly via email or our dedicated WhatsApp Concierge.
• Private Directives & Marketing: Brand invitations and updates are dispatched via email (through Hostinger Email Marketing) or WhatsApp strictly with your explicit opt-in consent, or where the law otherwise permits. You may withdraw consent at any moment via the unsubscribe link provided, by replying “STOP” to WhatsApp directives, or by contacting privacy@suitdelux.com.
• Third-Party Messaging Channels: Conversations via WhatsApp are processed by Meta Platforms under their dedicated privacy policies (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy). Suitdelux restricts third-party access to client messaging data to the providers needed to operate our messaging.

5. LAWFUL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Suitdelux never sells client data for money, and never rents it. Information is disclosed solely to specialized partners required to execute our luxury services:

• Digital Infrastructure & Hosting: Our digital boutique operates via WordPress/WooCommerce, securely hosted on servers provided by Hostinger located within the European Union. Hostinger also provides our email marketing service.
• Financial Settlements: Payment verification is conducted through GlobalPay (globalpay.ng) and the banks and card networks involved in your transaction.
• Bespoke Logistics: Secure delivery services (national and international couriers) receive only essential recipient details (name, address, phone number) necessary for white-glove dispatch.
• Analytics & Advertising Partners: With your consent, Google Analytics helps us understand how the Site is used, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok tools help us measure and tailor our advertising. These partners may receive information about your use of the Site and handle it under their own policies. Under some US state laws this may be treated as “sharing” of personal information; you may opt out as described in sections 9 and 10.
• Professional Counsel & Legal Obligations: Information may be shared with our legal retainers, certified accountants, or government regulators strictly where required by enforceable law or court order. If our business is ever merged or sold, client information may pass to the successor, who must continue to protect it in line with this policy.

7. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS

As a global house headquartered in Nigeria with European hosting infrastructure and worldwide clientele, your personal details may be transferred across international borders.

Where the law requires it, cross-border transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, such as recognized adequacy decisions, EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent contractual protections, or where the transfer is necessary to perform your contract or you have given your explicit consent, so that your personal information receives equivalent protection regardless of location. 8. RETENTION & DATA STEWARDSHIP

We retain client details only for as long as necessary to provide exceptional sartorial continuity:

• Sartorial & Order Profiles: Tailoring measurements, fit history, and purchase records are maintained securely for five (5) years from your last transaction. This allows our master tailors to recreate, adjust, or re-order garments seamlessly without requiring re-measurement. After this period, they are deleted or anonymized.
• Financial & Statutory Records: Tax and invoicing records are archived for the duration required by applicable Nigerian and international revenue laws, which may be longer than five years.
• General Enquiries: Non-purchasing consultation logs are retained for up to two (2) years from our last contact.
• Direct Marketing Credentials: Maintained until subscription consent is withdrawn. We keep a minimal record of your opt-out so that we do not contact you again.

Clients may request the immediate erasure or archive of their tailoring profile at any time, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

9. PRIVACY RIGHTS & INDIVIDUAL CHOICE

Regardless of where you reside, Suitdelux respects your statutory data rights:

• Right of Access & Portability: Request a copy of the personal information and bespoke profiles held in our archives.
• Right to Rectification: Update or refine inaccurate fitting measurements, addresses, or profile details.
• Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request the deletion of your personal records and digital profiles.
• Right to Object & Restrict: Limit or object to specific processing activities, including direct marketing.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke marketing or optional photograph usage consents at any time.
• Rights for California and other US State Residents: To the extent those laws apply to us, you may also request to know what personal information we collect and disclose, ask for its correction or deletion, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for advertising. You will not be treated unfavorably for exercising these rights.

Because there is no consistent industry understanding of “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our practices when we detect one. Where the law requires us to honour a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request, we will do so.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords, and restricted access for those who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

12. AUTOMATED DECISIONS

Every order and bespoke decision at Suitdelux is handled by our people. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you. Please note that GlobalPay, your bank and the card networks may apply their own automated fraud checks when you pay, and advertising platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok use automated profiling to select the ads you see. You can control the latter using the choices in section 10. If a payment is declined and you believe this is a mistake, contact us and we will help you resolve it, including through bank transfer.

13. CLIENTS UNDER 18

Our Site and services are intended for clients aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has shared information with us, please contact privacy@suitdelux.com and we will delete it promptly.
